The Challenge
The primary challenge was to lead the digital transition of an established personal brand into a new agency identity: Totoro Comunicació. The project required moving beyond a solo-practitioner site to build a portal that reflected a significant shift in scale—from an independent professional to a full creative team. We needed a platform that communicated freshness and creativity without sacrificing technical rigour, capable of showcasing a broader and more dynamic service portfolio.
The Solution
We developed a new website from the ground up to serve as the central hub for the brand. We implemented a vibrant, modern design technically engineered to support high-visual content (project imagery and graphic design) without compromising loading speeds.
The site architecture was structured to reflect the agency’s new dimensions, facilitating intuitive navigation between their strategy, content, and events services. Additionally, we managed the technical rebranding process to ensure a seamless transition from the legacy brand for both users and search engines, guaranteeing flawless performance from day one.
The Result
We have successfully materialised the strategic leap from Anna Alonso to Totoro Comunicació. The new website serves as a creative yet robust calling card that broadcasts the agency’s energy, offering an agile user experience that invites visitors to explore their unique communicative universe.
