The Challenge
Following the success of their physical clinic, Fisiobalance launched a new business line: at-home physiotherapy. The technical challenge was critical: preventing appointment bookings outside the therapists’ service radius. We needed a platform that could filter demand the moment a user landed on the site, automatically managing service availability based on location to guarantee both logistical viability and the profitability of every call-out.
The Solution
We engineered a smart booking tool featuring a postcode-based validation system. We implemented a user flow where the first step is a coverage check; the system only allows the user to proceed to treatment and time-slot selection if the service is available in their specific area.
This custom logic was integrated with a real-time booking engine and a secure payment gateway, fully automating the entire hiring process. Technically, the site followed a Mobile-First approach, allowing users to request a physiotherapist to their door in under three clicks. The architecture focuses exclusively on conversion and operational efficiency while maintaining visual consistency with the parent brand.
