The Challenge
The AGEM project required a full-scale digital overhaul. We began with a legacy system that had reached its technical limit: an outdated aesthetic, a non-responsive architecture, and critical security vulnerabilities. The objective was not to “patch” existing issues, but to provide the association with a modern, robust, and secure digital infrastructure befitting its institutional standing.
The Solution
We designed and developed a new platform from the ground up, prioritising Mobile-First architecture and an intuitive user experience. By replacing legacy code with a clean, efficient build, we ensured the site was not only visually contemporary but technically flawless.
As part of the deployment, we executed a secure migration to a hardened environment, eliminating previous vulnerabilities and implementing active security protocols. The result is a scalable, SEO-optimised portal engineered to provide a stable, high-speed service for all association members.
