Do you charge for the initial discovery call?
No. Our first 15-minute chat to get to know each other and see if I’m the right fit for your project is completely free. If you require an in-depth analysis or immediate technical troubleshooting, we would then move into a formal Consultancy session.
I have an emergency; should I use this form?
If your website is down right now, select the “Emergency!” option in the form. This triggers a priority notification in my system so I can attend to your case as quickly as possible.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely. Thanks to video calls and online management tools, 100% of my work can be carried out remotely with the same efficiency as if we were in the same office.
Do you accept every type of project?
I believe in being honest: I only take on projects where I know I can provide real value. If I feel your needs fall outside my core expertise, I’ll tell you upfront and, if possible, recommend another trusted professional.
