Do I need coding knowledge to use these automations?
Not at all. My job is to build the “under the hood” systems so they are invisible to you. You continue using your standard tools, but you’ll notice that tasks simply start completing themselves.
Is implementing AI expensive?
AI is far more accessible than it seems. You don’t need a million-pound investment. I offer modular solutions where you only pay for what you use. Typically, the time saved pays for the investment within just a few months.
Which tools do you use?
I work with industry leaders: Zapier, Make, OpenAI, and various technical integrations. I select the combination that offers the most stability and cost-efficiency for your specific use case.
Will my data and my customers' data be secure?
Security is my absolute priority. I implement automations following data protection best practices, ensuring information only travels through secure, authorised channels.
How do I know which tasks can be automated?
In our initial discovery call, we’ll review your daily routine. If a task is repetitive, follows a clear logic, and consumes your time, it’s a perfect candidate for automation.
Does AI make mistakes? How do you handle hallucinations?
AI is powerful but not infallible. That’s why I don’t build “blind” systems. I implement safety filters and verification steps where, for critical tasks, the AI prepares the work and you (or your team) simply give the final “green light.” You keep the control; the AI does the effort.
What if my current tools are outdated?
Not all tools have native connections, but there are “bridge” solutions and custom connectors that allow us to extract data even from legacy systems without official APIs. We will analyse your current stack during our technical session.
Will AI replace my employees?
My approach is Collaborative AI. The goal isn’t to cut jobs, but to cut the “boring workload.” By automating the repetitive stuff, your team can focus on high-value tasks, creativity, and human relationships—the things that actually grow a business.
How long does it take to see results?
The time-saving results are immediate. A task that used to take 20 minutes and now takes 2 seconds has a direct impact on your productivity from day one.
Do I have to pay monthly subscriptions for AI tools?
Most AI platforms (like OpenAI) operate on a “pay-as-you-go” basis. If the system isn’t running, you aren’t paying. I will provide a clear breakdown of estimated operating costs in my proposal.
What maintenance do automated systems require?
Digital landscapes shift (security updates, platform changes, etc.). I recommend periodic reviews of your workflows. I offer support plans to ensure that if a tool changes its connection method, your automation stays online.
Can I automate customer service without sounding like a cold robot?
Absolutely. Using modern Large Language Models (LLMs), we can train the AI with your brand manual and tone of voice. The result is an assistant that speaks your language, remains polite, and is incredibly efficient.
