Our monthly maintenance service includes:
Updates: Monitoring and execution of WordPress (core), theme, and plugin updates. These are carried out in controlled environments to prevent site breakage.
Security: Implementing proactive measures against attacks. In the event of an infection, site cleanup is included at no extra cost (provided the maintenance plan is active).
Backups: Configuration of daily backups and regular audits to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Optimisation (WPO): Speed monitoring and cache adjustments to maintain peak performance.
Accessibility: Periodic technical reviews to comply with basic standards for inclusive navigation.
Each contracted maintenance subscription applies exclusively to a single WordPress instance (one single domain or independent subdomain). Additional installations will require the purchase of a separate plan. For multisite networks or projects with special requirements, a custom quote will be provided.
Communication Channels: Technical support is provided exclusively via email or professional WhatsApp.
Response Times: Critical issues (site down) will be addressed within a maximum of 2 working hours. General enquiries will be answered within a maximum of 24/48h.
Working Hours: The service is provided Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 19:00.
New Features: Creating new pages, major design changes, or installing complex new systems will be billed separately via Hourly Bundles.
Content: The client is responsible for drafting and uploading their own text or images, unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party Costs: Licences for premium plugins and themes are not included in the maintenance fee.
Server Quality: To guarantee the agreed speed and security, the website must be hosted on a server that meets minimum technical requirements (up-to-date PHP version, SSD drives, active SSL certificate).
Should the current hosting show serious technical deficiencies, constant downtime, or limitations that prevent the proper provision of maintenance, the client will be informed to find a solution or migration. TUWEBALDIA cannot be held responsible for performance issues or security flaws resulting directly from a deficient hosting service or one external to our management.
Subscription: Payment is monthly and in advance via card or bank transfer.
No Minimum Term: You can cancel the service at any time by giving 15 days’ notice prior to the next billing date. There are no refunds for months already started.
Non-payment: If payment is not received after 30 days, the service will be automatically suspended, leaving the site without technical supervision.
Backups: Although we configure highly reliable systems, the client acknowledges that no system is 100% infallible against hosting server disasters.
Access: The client agrees to provide the necessary access credentials (WP-Admin, Hosting, FTP) for the correct provision of the service.
